As part of my journey of overall wellness: mind, body, spirit.  I have done research on the products we use on a daily basis.  Of course one of those being – makeup.

I purchased a basic mineral makeup system and decided to give it a review. I was very pleased with the ease of use and how quickly I was able to complete a look for the whole day!  You can go to my YouTube channel to watch my use / review / tips — and you can also read below for the details.

The Jordan Essentials mineral makeup basic system contains:

•  Tinted Moisturizer (your choice of color)
•  Cheek Tint (2 color choices)
•  Flawless Mascara (Black)
•  Tinted Lip Gloss (5 color choices)

STEP 1
I began by applying the Tinted Moisturizer to a clean and dry face with a Kabuki Brush (I used one purchased through Jordan Essentials as well – highly recommend)

To apply:  place 2-3 pumps of product onto the kabuki and spread evenly across your face and neck.

I really enjoyed how well this evened out my skin tone – as we all how soft and moisturizing it was without feeling heavy or oily.
Additionally, the mineral components of this tinted moisturizer offer sun protection for your skin.  Another reason to use it daily!

STEP 2
I applied the Cheek Tint to my eyelids as an eyeshadow using a shadow brush.
Then using the Cheek Tint to draw a line on my cheekbone as blush – and blending the color using the Kabuki brush.

I greatly enjoy the multi-use of this product: eyes, cheeks, and also lips!

STEP 3
Apply the Flawless mascara to top and bottom lashes – for a fuller look, apply a second coat.

This product can take some time getting use to – however with the non-toxic attributes, it seems well work the adjustment.
No irritation to my eyes and after a few months, my lashes were longer and healthier!

STEP 4
Finally – lips!

This lip gloss is the perfect gloss! Very moisturizing… and a treatment for your lips – with a great tint of color and not sticky!
