Doing a little reflecting today.

This time last year I was preparing for my first Uppercase Living event – our Leadership training.  I was excited and nervous and anxious and unsure of what was to come.

Just a couple weeks before I left for the event (which was in sunny Orlando, FL – WooWoo!), I received a call from our CEO, Jeff Erikson,  asking if I would be willing to join UL’s Advisory Board.
The Advisory Board is a group of six demonstrators chosen by our home office team to work with them directly on many many things. I had no idea what I was getting myself in to but to say I was stunned and honored is a major understatement!! Of course, this invitation just amplified all my anxiety but at the same time I was so excited to get started and to learn from so many!

In less than a month I will be flying to Vegas for this years Leadership event and I am SO excited – that’s it — just EXCITED!!! These people have become my family ❤   Every single one of the UL demonstrators I have had the chance to meet in person have welcomed me with open arms. I have never known so many wonderUL, beautifUL, and fabULous people in my life! Never.

I will get to meet even more amazing new demonstrators and my goal now is to make sure they have the same experience I did at my first UL event ❤

This business of mine really is more than just a business to me, it’s part of my life. Every day I wake up excited to think about it – whether its a new project idea or a new team incentive or a training to put together or a party hosting idea. There’s something new every day.

HERE I COME!  Now it’s “RISING TO NEW HEIGHTS” – Leadership 2016 Vegas! Can’t wait!!
