So I don’t know about you all… but don’t you have days where you lack motivation to do much of anything? Yeah – I think we all have days like that.
Today I sat at my desk – knowing darn well that I needed to get up and go do my workout – cause if I don’t do it in the morning, then it doesn’t get done. But I had NO motivation.
After “forcing” myself to get up and do my workout, I realized – it’s ok…… I may not always be MOTIVATED but I am DETERMINED! ❤
